Our Story
I spent 10 years at a well-known salon, and although I received world class training, I felt the pressure to get people in and out of my chair too quickly based on the salon’s quotas. In addition to the rushed service, the operating procedures required our clients to involve many different stylists. It felt more like I was on an assembly line rather than working at an upscale salon.
I felt like I was missing out on the best experience of my clients' journey. I knew I needed the time to provide the personalized service that my clients deserved in order to get their desired look.
In 2015, I made the leap to create a personalized experience for my clients. By February 2020, Salon 425 was born! Salon 425 creates custom hair plans to ensure color transformations that empower our clients to fully express their true self
